• 5-10 Pushups + arm raise to cover ear

• 10 Single Leg Glute Bidge (5 each)

Mobility Exercise:

“Bone Saw” on calves. 2 min per side.

Bonus Mobility:

LAX Ball on Pecs with overhead extension (2 min per side)

Bonus Strength:

3 Sets:
5 SL Hamstring Curls (each leg). Try to increase difficulty across sets!
