Take your shoes off and go play outside!

Today is your day off from any structured workout so take advantage of it. If you’re feeling good, by all means, lace up and go for a run. But there’s no shame in a stroll in the park with a friend or a game of soccer with the little ones.

Your last week starts tomorrow! Time flies when you’re running fast!

  • Play outside for as long as you would like
  • Play frisbee or kick a soccer ball around
  • Go for a walk or hike with a friend
  • Kick off your shoes and talk a walk in the grass
  • Relax and celebrate the hard work you done this week
