You have gained a number of valuable skills that will only continue to improve your running with time. We are proud and you should be as well.

Today is about celebration.

Stay active outside but share your joy of success with family or friends. Get outside and enjoy nature. Show off that new level of fitness you have worked towards in a friendly sports game or jog.

You have done an amazing job and we hope these 30 days have been well worth your time.
