Fun day

Take your shoes off and go play outside. Today is your day off from any structured workout so take advantage of it. If you’re feeling good, by all means lace up and go for a run. But no shame in a stroll in the park with a friend, or a game of soccer with the little ones. Your last week starts tomorrow! Time flies when you’re running fast!
