Fun Run-

Week 3 of your fun run. Your body will feel a little more sore and stiff from accumulated training. Give yourself extra warmup, and when in doubt extra rest and mobility too. Staying healthy is a HUGE part of your success in the long run.45-60 minutes of play, x-training, or running.
